5 × 2 = 6 + 4 =10
3 × 3 = 7 + 2 = 9 
4 × 4 = 7 + 9 =16 (choose one of the option from given four whose digits's product should be 16)

4 × 4 = 8 + 8 = 16
2 × 6 = 6 + 6 = 12 (choose one of the option from given four whose digits's sum should be 12)
3 × 5 = 6 + 9 =15
