Since these circles have been divided into two eight equal parts. To get its answer add all the numbers which are in opposite ,in all the four parts of both the circles, Since the sum of these numbers must be 25 in each case1st 4 + 11 + 3 + 7 = 25

2nd 10 + 1 + 9 + 5 = 25

3rd 11 + 6 + 2 + 6 = 25

In the same way sum of 8 ,5. ,5 and ? must be 25

4th 8 + 5 +5 + ? = 25

? = 25 - 18 = 7

## Answer of this Matrix

As we know the symmetric matrix is that matrix , whose transpose is equal to the matrix itself .i. e. All the elements of 1st row must be equal to the elements of 1st column,Similarly all the elements of 2nd row must be equal to the elements of 2nd column and same must be true for 3rd row and column.

And in case of given problem , 1st row and 1st column are same and 2nd row and 2nd column are also same . And also 1st two elements of 3rd row and column are same

But what about the

**last element of 3rd row**and 3rd column?####
**So last element of 3rd row could be any number ,any alphabet or any special character . it hardly have any role to play for the symmetric property of the Matrix.**
